Contact Transit Chart
Email support@transitchart.net for calculator questions, privacy requests, corrections, and feedback.
Transit Chart is a small educational site. There is no live chat and no phone line — email is the way to reach us. A written note helps when a chart, birthplace, or privacy question needs exact dates and places.
Support email
support@transitchart.netWe read every message. Clear, factual questions are the fastest to answer. If your note is about a specific chart, include the birth date, whether you entered a birth time, the birthplace you used, and the transit date.

What helps a faster reply
- A clear subject line (for example, “Birthplace missing: Lyon, France”).
- The page you were on — the homepage calculator, current transits, a result link, or an article.
- For chart issues: birth date, birth time or “unknown,” birthplace as you entered it, transit date, and what looked wrong.
- A screenshot only when the problem is visual — for example chart labels or layout in a particular browser.
- Your local time zone if the question is about clock time on the chart.
What we generally cannot do by email
We can explain how the calculator works and fix problems on the site. Support is not a private astrology consultation. We do not send full life readings by email, reinterpret medical or legal situations, or calculate Vedic or sidereal charts.
If you need the chart itself, use the free transit chart calculator. For how we handle data and site use, read Privacy and Terms first.
When to expect a reply
Messages are handled in the order they arrive, with privacy and security issues first. We cannot promise a same-day reply on a free educational tool, but legitimate support mail is not ignored. If you do not hear back, check spam for replies from support@transitchart.net and send one follow-up with the date of your original message.
For press or partnership notes, use the same address and put “Press” or “Partnership” in the subject. For a general introduction to the site, start with About Transit Chart.
